This is a 42 Square meter (475 square feet) condo with balcony.
This is a non smoker condo so if you do smoke we expect that you will go down to the main floor and smoke outside.
A perfect choice to enjoy a "home" feeling while vacationing or visiting in the Philippines at half the cost of a Hotel room which typically cost around Php4000-Php6000 per night or higher at the more modern Hotels.

**Security deposit at the time of check-in is also required. This is 100% refundable at the time of check-out providing there are no damages and the utilities have been paid.
