This will be our home during our visits in Davao however when we are in Canada we are renting it out for short term and medium term stays.
We can rent daily, weekly or monthly.
PHP 2,000 per day on stays less than 1 week or when additional days are required
PHP 12,000 per week, plus electric (our weekly discounted rate is about PHP 1,715 per day)
PHP 40,000 per month (Based on 4 weeks stay), plus electric (our monthly discounted rate is about PHP 1,429 per day)
Water usage is included in the rental cost.
Electric is not included in the rental cost and is charged separately as per individual usage according to the electric meter.

This is a non smoker condo so if you do smoke we expect that you will go down to the main floor and smoke outside
